The Internet Contributes to “Hipster Grifter” Memery
Looks like Kari Ferrell is running her mouth about how she pulled the curtain over everyone, which I guess is her only solace since it all backfired on her.
I know that we shouldn’t care about some attention-hungry identity-crises-laden hipster, but I can’t help but think that the internet collectively created this monster. She detracts her critics as people who want their 15 minutes of fame, but we’re the ones who bought into her publicity stunts.
I gotta admit, as a small-scale petty crook, she was crafty enough to get the world wide web to notice. So maybe she’s smarter than we give her credit for.
